Since my father's death I have continued to deal with this company, prior to selling my parents' house. I have always found them to be competent and fair, and patient when I have been slow to update meter readings. I would recommend Octopus, based on my personal dealings.

The site was easy to find and the staff were helpful and professional. The PCR tests for my wife and myself were quickly done and the results came back well inside the suggested deadline. I would recommend, for the testing experience.

However, I would not say the same about the website, which, in my experience, frequently seems to freeze. When the government changed the rules at short notice I was unable to contact ExpressTest about a further testing procedure and the Cancellation form did not work.
