Företaget hänvisar till att jag beställt 1-pack men att jag fått en rabatt då dom typ egentligen säljs i 2-pack. Typ ”köp fler, spar mer”.

Men det framgick inte. Tom på orderbekräftelsen står 1x2-pack.

Som många andra omdömen innan- droppshipping och undermåliga beskrivningar på hemsidan.

Efter min kontakt med företaget har produktens beskrivning ändrats till 1-pack- väldigt lämpligt…

Handlat genom Klarna så lite säkerhet finns. Om man väljer att handla- ta skärmdumpar på allt på hemsidan som stöd, för med stor sannolikhet kommer du behöva det.


Har åberopat att få 50% rabatt iom ”missförståndet” (företagets ord, inte min) enligt köplagen. Dom nekar i nuläget.

Trist upplevelse!

Ordered 6.2 Intense Ash. (Thought the .2 was strange but i relied on the name.

Received 6.2 Dark blonde purple.

Customer service is not willing to refund even if the name Intense Ash is wrong on the webpage.

So be really careful ordering color. Do not rely on the name. You need to go by only the number.

They say that there is no difference between a Dark blonde purple and Intense Ash.

I beg to differ and glad I did not put it in my hair. No refund and I get to return the color on by expense.

Never shopping there again.

If I could, I would give zero stars.

Long story short.

No matter what you write to customerservice, they will answer you with ”check the terms and conditions”. Now my parcel will be returned back to them by customs since the company didn’t answer my questions. Too bad for them. I tried countless of times.

I tried to inform important information about my parcel, I needed their help. But since they didn’t even read what I wrote…

I even wrote ”please do not refer to your ”terms and conditions again since this has nothing to do with that”, they replied with- you guessed it: ”Here are out terms and conditions”! WHAT A JOKE.

Don’t order from them. Never been so frustrated in my life by a company.


I’m glad I bought through Klarna. My money is safe.
