The footwear was the wrong size, so I wanted refund.
I found the footwear was the wrong size, so asked to return. It took two days for them to respond, and they asked for a reason why. I explained, and asked for a return address. The came back with asking me if I wanted to keep for a discounted price (not interested), then after asked again gave me another offer I rejected, asking for a return address which they finally gave. I returned the items using Postnord Track & Trace, and copied the address given onto Postnord (I have an account with them) and sent it off the same day. They IGNORED the delivery even when they emailed me saying they'd collect it. Now my money is stuck at Klarna until they confirm to Klarna they got the products back, and I complied with how they wanted to do the refund. All they needed to do is go to the nearest Postnord place and collect, and based on Google Maps it was 15 minutes walking away from the given return address. They DO NOT give a return address on their site and give no return label with the delivery.
On Klarna, where they're supposedly vendors, it lists "Waiting for ErgonomiKliniken to confirm
ErgonomiKliniken normally takes 8 days. Contact store to speed up the process"
And NO, offering that I can keep a product isn't an option when I CANNOT USE IT.
