I contacted Russell Hobbs customer regarding a faulty kettle

I contacted Russell Hobbs customer service as I had I problem with my kettle. The information sent via the live chat was concise and easily followed, Alexandra T was quick to explain what I needed to do and the whole process took about 30 minutes - most of that was taken up, taking photos of the fault, receipt and serial number! A completely painless exercise!
