WATCH OUT!!!!! Volvo infotainment systems fail!!!!!! Appalled to find that the Infotainment system on our 4 year old Volvo XC40 is totally defunct and needs to be replaced at a cost of £2000. It stopped working from one moment to the next and cannot be fixed. This is clearly an underlying fault not a wear and tear issue. As a result the car is not safe to drive because nearly all of car controls are managed from the infotainment system. Volvo customer service totally unhelpful. This is a brand that prides itself on reliability, quality and safety. Very disappointing and very poor. Would not buy a Volvo again.

WeSki is the easiest Ski holiday website to navigate - it is clear and simple to compare the different locations and apply the various filters that you want. But best of all - when I managed to book the wrong dates (my error entirely) for my holiday WeSki customer service were amazing at sorting out my cancellation and fully refunded my deposit. Thank you so much!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SUPPORT - if anything goes wrong don't contact them they make the whole situation WORSE. Just deal with the owner of the property instead.

I bought the Small Thrapsano Terracotta Pot and Tall Eden Terracotta Pot. When the parcel arrived the Eden pot was damaged. Amy in Customer care was excellent - she organised a pick up of the damaged and new pot to be delivered. I will be shopping from them again. Thank you very much indeed.

I posted this review yesterday - "Staff very rude and unhelpful. I bought socks for my son's Christmas stocking and one was faulty. The staff refused to take the item back and they shouted at me. I won't be going back." I have since been contacted by a brilliant and very apologetic Customer Services team who have furnished me with a voucher. So thank you TKMaxx - I am very impressed with how you responded to my complaint and I will be shopping with you again!

I didn't want to award Vanessa Bruno a star but I had to in order to write the review! This very expensive and luxurious brand needs to improve their customer service. My order was delivered with an item missing. Although they have refunded me for this item, I have been trying to get in touch by email to customer service for weeks now with no response at all about my other returns. Such a shame as the clothes are beautiful, but at that price the service should be better.

First class service with emails at every stage to tell us when our order would arrive. Brand new Supreme Air Force 1's are perfect.

Amazing service from Nisbets. I ordered plates and chopping boards. They arrived the next day. I'd totally ordered the wrong thing. I rang them and they organised immediate collection and refund. Brilliant. Thank you
