I always have issues with the discount codes, this is my own user error. I shoot them an email and they have it fixed for me within 24hrs and most the time within the hour. The customer service is amazing, literally the best I have dealt with and I work in customer service. My family loves these boxes. I love ordering from them and giving them as gifts.
