I wish they were 0 star to give to this…

I wish they were 0 star to give to this company, I ll definitely give 0 star. Unfortunately I join them in 2022, after 1 year of non been happy about this kind of investment, I tried to get my money back and since it has been a nightmare . I even send them an official complaint letter explaining my disappointment and try to get my investment back, then nothing has been sorted out , false promises, reading other people reviews just make me sick .
All I know is I’m going to get my money back by hook or by crook as they don’t know how each and individual are working very hard to accumulate this sum of money together. Oeno company, you should be ashamed of yourself by treating people this way . From December 2024 it took you 6 month to get back to me . After a video call from some advisor who I still don’t think he were informed about my case , I m still waiting for you to sort me out & giving me my money back. You have been dragging your feet for a long time , and that’s why I came here to warn EVERYONE who is new and would like to invest in this company to do them research, read other people experiences , and be careful before they invest their money.

Still waiting for mine although I told them 100 times that I wasn’t interested in this kind of investment, as I have asked while joining that this was flexible in case I wanted to come out it would have been easy. But it has been very traumatic & frustrating for my experience .
Hopefully this will help someone out there . Will update when the big issue will be sorted out .
I will pay them a visit before summer end if they don’t get back to me with solutions

The customer service is so poor

The customer service is so poor. The experience very frustrating . Prices are too good to be true. Not recommended as when it comes to your refund , you ll never have it back. And to contact them it's a nightmare , they don't have no one to talk to if you have an issue ! Still waiting for someone to explaine to me why I shouldn't exchange my ticket or have a refund while initially , I have asked for a flexible ticket when I bought it.
Bad & poor customer service!!!!
