Do not do business with this company!

I’m shocked and feel cheated to read the last review from Helen, I’m also experiencing the same appalling behaviour from this company.

I bought two dresses at a total cost of £447.99. Neither fitted so I returned them in accordance with the company’s 14 day return policy, on 31 May. I tracked the parcel and saw that it had been received and waited for my refund.

The company puts on its website that refunds take up to 20 days, but if you haven’t received your money after that time you must email them. I emailed them after 21 days, attached the requested proof of postage, and got an automated reply. It is now 32 days and I still haven’t received my refund.

This is clearly a disreputable company and I wish I’d never attempted to do business with them. You’ve been warned.
