"Scammy company!"

This is actually my second filing with Swyft. I paid extra for expedited incorporation service. Because I needed the company urgently.

I've called Swyft before about a different matter, and felt that they were pressuring for "increasing customer billables". You will see what I mean when you go thru the painful process of incorporating and get hit with add-on after add-on (at increasing price).

For this expedited filing, after waiting three months, nothing was done and I hired someone else who got me what I needed in just days.

When I contacted them for a refund, and after getting approval for the refund by email, they insisted on speaking to me. Ok, that's a nuisance, but whatever. In speaking to their customer service rep, they took the position that "Well, just because you never got anything, doesn't mean that we didn't do the service." Wait, what? I wasn't paying for effort, I was paying for a filing. Hey, if it got rejected, that's totally different - but nothing actually got to the state to file.

After agreeing to give me a refund, they said "you are now going to be blocked from using our services." Ummm, ok!

Gemini is my favorite exchange. I use it as my on-ramp for fiat. Buy BTC using Active Trader (low fees, set my purchase price so there are no surprises), and get free BTC withdrawals.

I mean seriously, what is not to love? By far the best deal... ANYWHERE.

Bittrex didn't rip me off, but:
1. They take forever to respond to held desk inquiries (like 5 days);
2. I deposited $250 USD to buy PINK coin, and then 5 days later they told me "Oh, ya, you can't just buy any coin with fiat money. And no, we don't tell you that before the deposit."
3. So I stuck it into BTC and withdrew it (after the fiat had matured), and was hit with rather large BTC withdrawal fees. And you may say: "Yes, but you need to pay the transfer fee", to which I say "Which is why I use Gemini - no transfer fee for BTC withdrawals."

I will definitely stick with Gemini, will never use Bittrex again. Actually: Worthless. Who needs them?

So... I think people come to TrustPilot only when they have a problem. It looks like some of the problems are because unsophisticated people are buying coins they shouldn't buy (high withdrawal fee coins), and other problems dealing with lack of sophistication. I am not sophisticated, but I am wary and so I have to carefully study things before making a transaction.

The SouthX system is ok, and my deposits and withdrawals come off without a hitch (except for a very small Pinkcoin test withdrawal - and when I wrote to management, they said PINK wasn't being supported well, so I sold it - at a profit - and didn't look back).

Pros:
- My BTC is deposited quickly;
- They responded to my PINK inquiries within 24 hours;
- I always claim from their on-site faucets daily;
- I haven't yet used their site to "acquire" BTC - at the moment, I'm accumulating coins;
- Withdrawals are fairly instantly credited;
- People chatting in the trollbox are rarely talking about problems with the site;
- Been around many years;
- They don't seem to be fluffing their volume to Coinmarketcap and their commissions are standard and reasonable

Cons:
- This is a small alt-coin exchange... you would be ok to call it a shiitcoin exchange;
- Based in unregulated Argentina, I don't know who is running it;
- Someday it might just disappear, and for this reason and others, I don't store coins for long on their site, but withdraw them to my wallet - and as stated, so far, the coins are credited promptly
