If I could give less that one star I would. A year ago I told this company to remove me from their lists. 12 months on I find that my energy is being switched from Eon to British Gas WITHOUT my permission. Frantic calls to my supplier to get the swith cancelled. Who the hell do Switchcraft think they are to blatantly ignore my instructions a year ago, and then to instigate a switch that want agreed in any shape or form . Energy Ombudsman has been made aware of this unauthourised behaviour.

I had an issue with atomiser heads for my Arc Sigma. Andrea in Customer Services sorted the problem out via Live Chat and gave me advice for future reference. First class service as always
