I bought 6 bottles of this serum. How foolish! I wish I had looked here on Trust pilot before!! 🙈🙈

I cancelled my order the same day I did it. They still sent it, telling me they would give me a refund as soon as I returned the bottles unopened & provided evidence of such. I have sent the photos, I've sent numerous emails, I've even called their "International number"....it puts you thorough to an answerphone in Florida!!

They have now emailed saying that they will deduct 10 % "restocking fee", and also the cost of sending the bottles and I have to pay the return cost!

But other people on here say they've gone through thus process and the items never arrive, 'get lost' & Olivita never refund you!

Their website states "a 90 day, full money back guarantee" ....this is a lie. They don't fulfill this. This is false advertising and they need to be closed down!

If anyone can help me get the money back, if you've managed it successfully, please inform us here on Trust pilot. 🙏

Absolutely loving all the products! My skin is in the best condition since years!!!

Very, very dissatisfied. Sitter cancelled a confirmed booking at very short notice & the money (£150) was taken anyway! I didn't get the message from the sitter & neither the sitter - Sarah in Hove - would take responsibility, or the people running 'Rover'. I lost £200 of earnings whilst trying to sort this out, (a cleaning contract).
I have not received a re-imbursement from either the person who took the booking, or the people running the website. I am very upset and traumatized by the experience & loss of money, as I have to work very hard to earn my wages doing cleaning for a living. I also now probably have to cancel my plans aswell, as to find another dog boarder at such short notice is a nightmare. I will never use this website again and I will never recommend it to anyone. Let's see if I eventually get my money back or not.....I will be taking it further if I don't.

Deborah did an incredible job at doing my David Bowie flash on my face this week! 💥💥 I had soooo many positive comments, snd people wanting photos with me! I was more than happy with the wonderful job she did, I was absolutely blown away!! 🎉🎉🎉 ....she was also a really lovely person, really friendly, kind, and also very competent and professional! She obviously knows her stuff! 🥳🥳
The makeup actually lasted 2 days aswell!! So I had it the whole next day to have fun with too!!
I can't recommend her highly enough, she did an even better job than I was expecting! She is a genius to be honest & I can't wait for my next special occasion, as I shall be using her again for sure!!! 🤩🤩👌👌🎉🎉
