It is a bit overpriced to travel but you can justify it with we get to have the car and book last min etc. However the overpricing on the ferry is close to thievery, chocolate bar in the vending machine over €3 same a bag of crisps. Food in the restaurants overpriced etc. The isle of inishfree on the Rosslare Pembroke route is very old and really showing its age now it's probably below budget standard but there is nothing budget about the prices. Unlike others I've had no issues with cancellations so on that front all good. Would be good to see the ferries have an over hall and brought up to a higher standard again and the on board pricing really needs addressing

Absoloutely terrible customer service, very complicated, constantly asking for more information completely ignore consumer rights act putting the onus on the customer to prove fault multiple times before they "make a decision" they have no right to make. Thankfully Smyths Toys stepped in for me to sort the situation as nesteay were impossible to deal with. For ref they were notified of problem within 3 days of purchase.

Brilliant service. They gave the highest quote, accepted Friday evening car picked up 8am Monday morning, great communication from scrap car network and driver, driver very polite and efficient. paid 3 hours later. Couldn't ask for more.

The online part was great, accepted a quote, recueved an email to say would get a call within 4 business hours, got a call ( later than 4 hours ) guy says the collection is a bit far away from us they can pick up in 3 weeks! This was no good for me used a different company got a higher quote and pick up Monday morning ( quote accepted Friday evening ). I understand that it was the breakers at fault not necessarily Motorwise but very disappointing.

Just realised I hadn't recieved the payment email for this term so emailed cool milk to try to get it sorted. Emailed twice and both times recieved very quick replies from Claire and Sophie sorting everything straight away.
Great customer service

Brilliant service, had a couple of hold ups ( caused on my side ) but such good customer service and did everything to get the card out on time before Christmas which they did. Giving it was so close to Christmas I was really surprised and impressed. Thank you.

Unfortunately ordered boots from here without checking trustpilot, boots were needed for this week. After 5 days still no dispatch email so I rang to be told boots out of stock and an 18 week wait to restock, ( boots were in stock when I ordered ). To be fair the staff member on the phone was polite and arranged a refund which arrived quickly but today when I was looking to reorder the boots elsewhere I accidently got on their website where the boots are still showing in stock. Anyone ordering these boots is in for the same disappointment.

Have had 2 lots of court proceedings now with pretty much every allegation going. Cafcass saw right through the nonsense and backed me for 50/50 after a year of not seeing my daughter in the process warned the other parent that if behaviour didn't change it would be advised to change to lives with me. At the second set of proceedings they again backed me and tried really hard to get things done quickly so as to not draw out the process so 50/50 remained which is all I've ever asked for.
Social Services on the other hand are a completely gender biased out of control organisation that needs a total overall

Joke of a service, filled in the form online gotva "guarenteed" quote driver arrived said because no alloys would be £60 less ( never asked if alloys or not on form ) eventually agreed to £40 less then wouldn't accept an EU drivers licence with photo and current bank statements for ID so total waste of time. Rang another company they quoted ( more than car co ) turned up next morning and picked it up no problem.

Dreadful company. As with the vast majority of the reviews in here I ordered and got a delivery date of 09/09/22 when date passed emailed to be told hopefully it will be ready in 3 weeks. The tone if the email was nearly "congratulations" your order has gone to production, no apologies, or explanation for the delay, no contact prior to my email to make me aware of the delay, no note on the website to make customers aware of the ( now obvious from reading reviews ) issues with delivery dates. It seems clear this company is taking orders with no intention of hitting the given delivery date. I now have to go a buy more uniform so my daughter has something to start school in, in these times of increased financial pressure on households this company should be ashamed of the way they are conducting business. I will definitely be suggesting to the school that they find a different supplier in the future.
Update I rang 4 days ago to check order to be told the PE hoody was being dispatched that day definitely next day delivery with DPD ( only one part of the order marked as dispatching online forcneatly 2 weeks ). 4 days later no sign ring back to be told it will hopefully be posted in a week the rest of the order another 3 weeks!
Absolutely dreadful company.
Update we are now 4 weeks later items still " in production " email to find out what is going on to be told should be with you end of October so possibly in another 3 weeks!

I get alot of parcels delivered to me by DPD. Always a top class service with polite friendly drivers.
