I've been with them for three years. The service is good at the beginning, but eventually the speeds start dropping. Just a heads-up for anyone wanting to break the contract or move house within the fixed term: you'll be required to pay the remaining balance for early termination, even if they don't cater to the new address. For this reason, I'd recommend Virgin Media, as they won't charge anything if they cannot provide service in your new area.
