Check your items immediately on delivery don't make my mistake

We got our unit I checked the unit and emailed that one of the corners of the unit was bashed . Unfortunately my email remained in draft so when I realised I was out with the time limit. I was offered a discount to buy the unit again at half price . This would have been a total out lay of just under £800 for a vanity unit . Then we find today that no wall hanging brackets in yhe box!
We all know our plumbers can be booked in then not come due to emergencies .

Hi, thank you for your review, I do understand your frustration with this. Sadly we have no option in these instances but to offer replacements at cost price as we have no way to claim back the costs of damaged items when they have been in your care for so long. Within 48 hours from delivery we can claim with the courier for these damages as it would be reasonable to assume this happened during transit, when this has been in your care for some time the courier does not accept that the damage was caused in transit and could have very plausibly been caused while in your care. In regards to the missing brackets i can see this is currently being dealt with. I do apologise that we have been unable to fully resolve this for you on this occasion.

Not impressed ordered a bath said 10…

Not impressed ordered a bath said 10 days for delivery then when you can book a slot for delivery it makes it 3 weeks for bath not 10 days . Asked can I collect from warehouse myself told no as they are not insured for us to collect and put bath in our van.

Staff not dementia trained awful company

My mum had promedica. they let her mount up a large debt even though she was paying the carers weekly herself by cheque . Staff were young unqualified didn't even know how to cook simple food. We're un trained in dementia . One carer damaged my mums house.please do not put your parents or loved ones In to the care of promedica . Customer care is awful 😖

I love spa breaks . I always have helpful friendly staff that sort out my bookings for my R and R time. I have been using spa breaks for years and love the value for money at the different awesome spas.
