Company doesn't adhere to their delivery e-mails statements:-
• "Take a photo of it in your open doorway or
• Leave it in a safe place and take a photo or
• Deliver to a neighbour and take a photo as proof of delivery”
None of the above happened. There was a knock at the front door and by the time my wife got to the door the parcel had been dumped in front of the door (in full sight of passers-by) and the delivery driver was no where to be seen. Good job we were at home - however what’s even worse is that the delivery confirmation e-mail states “We have delivered your Yodel parcel to a safe place: BACK OF HOUSE“ which is clearly not the case.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m really sorry to hear about the way your delivery was handled. It’s unacceptable that the delivery confirmation stated your parcel was left in a safe place at the back of your house when in reality it was dumped in plain sight at the front door without any photo evidence or proper handover. You should be able to trust that delivery instructions are followed and that your parcel is placed securely, especially when Yodel’s own emails promise photographic proof and safe placement. I would really like to have a look into this for you. Please could you email trustpilot@yodel.co.uk with the full name on the parcel, delivery address with postcode, contact & tracking number.

Review of Untamed
Decided to try Untamed based on reading reviews. Our cat eats all of her biscuits but was very fussy with wet food. Tried lots of different varieties but seemed to end up throwing out at least half. After around 6 weeks on Untamed - no waste. It may cost more than major brand wet food but when you factor in waste the additional cost is worth it. So far a happy cat and happy owners!!

Had awful trouble booking 3 separate bookings for 3 different hotel locations/time periods which caused my credit card to block the 2nd & 3rd transactions and also cause the company website to have a "fit". This was clearly one of those annoying but unavoidable situations and Destintion2's Myah Wardale went over and above to help and successfully sort the situation. All good now and looking forward to our holiday. Thanks Myah.

Already own a black face Pro diver 8926OB which I bought specifically for holidays where I could wear a nice looking watch all day in and out of the sea and swimming pool. Saw a sale offer and bought a Pro diver 9094 - blue face as well. Very happy with both purchases.
