If there's a problem please pass this on to your provider who'll arrange for a visit from Openreach as required.

So we can feed this back to the engineer's manager, I've sent you a request for further information via Trust Pilot.

Hi Sahida, I'm so sorry you were not happy with your experience. As we mentioned in our emails, we experienced a problem on the system which resulted your order being put in the archive, this is the first time that has happened. I can see your order has been delivered and a partial refund was issued. I hope you enjoy your room sprays :)
