Left us without any internet didn't…

Left us without any internet didn't even wait to see if the internet is working.
We are still without internet until another engineer comes.

Good morning Sahida,

I can only apologise for the issues with your service, especially as it's only just been installed.

If there's a problem please pass this on to your provider who'll arrange for a visit from Openreach as required.

So we can feed this back to the engineer's manager, I've sent you a request for further information via Trust Pilot.
