Nice people and efficient service. The only problem was the new spa cover arrived three weeks later than originally specified. This was a shipper problem and not a dealer problem but it did impact my experience.

I ordered the Aquarest 150 with ozone when my previous spa needed to be replaced. The ordering process was very easy. It arrived several weeks before expected, a nice surprise. The delivery guys brought it into the garage on its pallet. Because we're not exactly young, I hired a couple strong neighbors to transfer it to a dolly and install on the patio. For them it was easy!
It's been in use now for several weeks and I like it very much. Perfect size for one or two adults, fits nicely in our small enclosed patio area. I've learned to sit on a small towel and lean against another one, as the slightly rough surface of the spa irritates my skin. The jets are small but forceful enough for us. It holds its temperature well, is quiet and non-obtrusive and is working exactly as it should.
The 4 stars is due to the poor design of the access door, which is really difficult to put back on. First, you have to have a long enough screwdriver shaft to reach the screws, then you have to lie down on the ground to get to the lower screws, which is much harder than it should be.
