Despatched with speed and received on first attempt by DHL and in good condition. Reasonably priced although I wish it were a bigger size. A lovely, fun pattern that is just right for the season.

EB customer service is always very proactive and speedy. What lets them down is often the courier of their choice. So long as I have the local guy everything is delivered without a problem, but the returns service takes longer than expected and I have had to follow up with EB to confirm delivery back to them as the courier company does not provide this update. It stops with ‘delivery on its way.’

I have had a few occasions when fragile items ( China and glass) ordered from collection from a Waitrose store have been found broken on opening. John Lewis have responded positively once the online complaints process has been mastered.

Impressed with the ease of ordering and the quick turn around of delivery. The only comment I would make is that the red EB box appears to be more battered with Evri ( I assume in transit?) than with DPD.

The processing of the order was incredibly quick however the delivery was much slower than usual on this occasion. Kept guessing from day to day as to when the box would be out for delivery. EB notified one thing, but several days afterwards was a notification received from Evri.

We so enjoyed a Christmas gift of a chocolate loaf cake that one of us decided to order one for Valentine’s. A delicious moist, chocolatey, brownie like cake - simply the best! The item was received via Royal Mail and carefully packaged. A really good experience all round and to be thoroughly recommended. Thank you to all.

A very efficient service of a lovely festive addition to place in front of the green AGA. l love the bold Robins and mistletoe design. The only negative was that the courier placed the item behind our bins ( didn’t try ringing the bell) the very day the bins went outside the gates for collection. Fortunately I got there before the bin man did! I dread to think what might have happened otherwise?

The ordering experience was easy and the item ordered was delivered in one piece. Careful packaging and handling. I did notice that the courier was Evri this time, not DPD. Whereas Evri works well if the usual local courier is on duty, DPD is consistently better arriving promptly at the start of an allocated slot.

Everything went well until delivery. The courier delivered to the wrong address. Quality of the Supima polo shirts a little thinner than before, but love the new colours.
