Neil's assistance with insuring us

Neil was particularly helpful with us and exercised great patience when helping us to complete our medical information. He also did his best to give the insurance that we needed and not the most expensive package on offer, thus over insuring us. He was always helpful and positive in his approach. We were very impressed.

A great service

Your picture of the product was pretty accurate, as I was matching the bowls up with the same type but bought many many years ago. I am very pleased with them.
Your guidance through the delivery process was extremely helpful as we seem to be snowed under at the moment running here and there.
Also the bowls were very well protected and wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
Your actions all went towards making this a painless process.

Review on delivery of keys

Lockstation was very helpful with arranging my order and responded quickly. The only reason why I have only given 3 stars is because the keys, although they look exactly like the original I have, do not work in the locks. It could be that the thickness of the keys is slightly more than mine. I am not sure where to go from here! My key has "Saracen" on one side and "Made in England" on the other.

A Review Trying to Offer Suggestions for Improvement.

I found the list a little difficult to follow with respect to 2 packs of 4 plates which were being sold in packs of 4 only and had to ring and ask how it all worked. It took me a while to comprehend the explanation and the conversation was cut short when the line went dead. However by then I did understand it all. The girl who dealt with me was not good are pronouncing her words clearly which seems to be a problem generally. I also sensed that although she was polite she was in a hurry to move on.
I also feel your paying process is a bit messy and the forms you present are not very neat.
However, I did manage to buy a Wedding gift for my niece on the internet, which is important.

Review of delivery of Oasis Fix

My parcel arrived very quickly after it was ordered, in good condition. There was some paperwork in the parcel but nothing indicating what I had paid - i.e. a full bill or receipt, so I had to contact your office and ask for one. After a couple of goes I did receive a full copy of the invoice. The lack of a full invoice both in my emails or in my package was the reason why I gave you 4 and not 5 stars. I hope this helps you.
