This is the first time I've bought from Cactus. It arrived at my door in California sooner than expected. It is exactly what I wanted, but I couldn't find it in the States.
Don't try shipping to a PO box. DHL Express needs a street address.

Had a problem with the parking spot I reserved in San Francisco as the address I was given wasn't posted. There was a lot where the address should've been with plenty of open spots, so I paid for one of those. The next day I emailed Parkopedia about the difficulty, attached the receipt, was reimbursed a few days later. Gabriela with their customer service was professional and reacted calmly to my somewhat testy email. She's the reason I'm giving this review 5 stars.
