The company employs a know scam technique when someone “interested” in your vehicle for sale is happy to buy your car or motorbike as long as it has a report via ukautoreport. If you do one they stop talking to you and disappear. Avoid
Their internet/broadband services are quite stable and generally in line with other residential ISPs. However they are very sneaky in selling you different cr@p that no one wants to buy, i.e. McAfee “protection” for the extortionate price of £80 (it really doesn’t cost a fiver really as it is not even close to be good anyway). Once they charge you they refuse to refund it fully, but as a “exceptional” gesture they offer you 50% refund. Sneaky? Very! Am I gonna stay with them after the contract is over? Of course not! So beware!
2 days into the policy. They call me to confirm some "details" of which I genuinely was not aware of. Then they added another 50% on top of the premium. When I ask to cancel the policy they charge me £90 for the "cover" and "fees" (despite being in the 14 days cool-off period). Bikesure ? Definitely not sure !
Update. They called me and offered extra £30. The call is appreciated, thanks, but my opinion is not changed that much

Hi Alex,
Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with regards to this matter but it is very important to ensure that all details are correctly disclosed to ensure that you are fully covered. Can you please respond to the email sent via Trustpilot and provide your customer reference number so that your comments can be validated.
Generally I would not write a bad review for a company that helped me getting car insurance sorted quickly. Getting covered was easy. Cancelling the policy was a different matter though. They charge you an extortionate £60 as a cancellation “fee”. With another month’s payment too. So in order to cancel my insurance I was charged £98 on a spot (!). Consider this before you sign up. Would I go with their service again? No.

Another example of a scam seller tactics masquerading as a potential buyer. Same experience as with the rest - texting saying that they are interested in your car, but just need a report. The mobile number of a scammer is 07458035495, “Sam”. Avoid.

Waste of time. You put all details, photos on just to find out that they “could not publish it due to a previous damage”. Is that related to Cat N ? Well, just put a note that you can’t publish category cars. Waste of time and nothing else. Avoid.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the frustration you experienced during the listing process. We understand how disappointing it can be when your vehicle can't be published after investing time in providing details and photos.
To clarify, Carwow is unable to list cars that have been categorized as insurance write-offs or have previously been in an accident, as per our platform's policies. This information is available in our FAQs, which are designed to help guide sellers through the process. You can find further details here: Can I sell an insurance write-off or a car that’s previously been in an accident?
We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on providing clearer information to avoid any confusion for future sellers. Thank you again for sharing your experience.
Booked a parking through these guys and selected a parking operator based on their price. Was very disappointed when found out that I need to pay extra £7 on top of what I paid - for pickup/taxi to airport services. So basically you get a price for parking that you go for and pay and then afterwards you pay extra £7 on top - directly to the parking operator. Obviously they don’t include such a fee into the original price used for comparison. On all of my complaints their answer was that they specified that fee in the “additional information”. Not happy. Probably will not use them again

Dear Alex,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
The information regarding the entry and exit fees is available for all customer to view prior to selecting the car park and making the booking.
The access fees are charged by the car park directly and not Looking4.com.
We can only apologise if you are unhappy with the fee however, the information was available to you prior to selecting the car park.
We booked flights with lastminute. At some point they (allegedly) sent us an EMAIL to notify that the airline has decided to cancel the return flight. Then as I have never received it the airline's flight left (6 days earlier) and we discovered it on the day when we were trying to check in.
Clearly, apart from this mythical email notification, lastminute never moved a finger to let us know that our return flights are no longer there. No texts, no calls. Customer services are now saying that they cannot do anything and complaint form on their website isn't working properly.
Lastminute is operating by BravoFly - based in Switzerland - so not UK based. My advice ? Never ever use them for anything. Their customer service is nothing but zero. Would never recommend. Terrible !
