They communicated well throughout and were always on hand when we had a query. They made the whole process easier to manage and more bearable at what was a very difficult time. Absolutely beautiful mural. Great quality paper and print. Clear instructions. Very easy to put up. We'd never done any wallpapering before but we were surprised how well it went. It looks fabulous and has totally transformed our bedroom. Would 100% recommend.

I found the app to be of poor quality. In particular there was little to no engagement from the instructor, the voice was really irritating and sounded robotic rather than motivational, the explanations were not particularly clear and were so fast it was difficult to keep up. Although you can pause, rewind etc this completely ruins the flow of the workout. The workouts were really short and not good value for money. I tried to get a refund but this was declined as my reasons did not meet their strict criteria. It was the banner on the advert proclaiming a 30 day money back guarantee if not satisfied that persuaded me to join. I thought I'd give it a good go and, if it wasn't for me, I hadn't lost anything. However, please beware, in my view this claim is very misleading. My fault perhaps for not going through the small print. However, here in the UK it is illegal for businesses to engage in unfair commercial practices which includes misleading advertising that causes/ is likely to cause a consumer to make a decision they would not otherwise have made. I certainly would not have signed up if I had had the opportunity to try the app first. To be fair to the company they responded very quickly to my emails and were courteous throughout. But at the end of the day I have wasted my money and there are much better apps out there, so be careful before you commit.
