I have to agree with the one star…

I have to agree with the one star review from another customer. I had a so called maintenance man who works directly for keepmote to Carry out some defective work still under warranty . The person they sent was more interested in getting backhanders for work that was faulty and already scheduled to be repaired he was very rude on the 3 occasions he came to my property on the first occasion the keepmote worker thought it was ok to chat up my girlfriend because I wasn’t there . When I did arrive home he carried on working surprised surprised. The second time he was there he was just basically looking for backhanders surprise surprise. The 3rd time he was there he was so rude I told him to leave my property he did after protest he then got on the phone to his office obviously telling lies to get himself out the situation. I did email keepmote to tell them I had asked him to leave and nothing back for days then got a email saying keepmote were not prepared to send a direct employee from there company to complete the works . So far keepmote has done nothing so be careful who keepmote send to your home as this individual is very suspicious in more than one way . As I said in a previous email you need to undertake your own investigation into this situation im not prepared to do your investigation for you my solicitor has the evidence of which you are not entitled to unless I give permission what is a serious issue is your staff’s behaviour I think you are forgetting I am a customer not one of your employees so you’re rules do not apply to me I suggest you get your house in order and stop trying to pass the blame on someone that has nothing to gain from this situation end of do your job properly

Our regional team have informed us that the works undertaken by the technician was as a gesture of goodwill on behalf of Keepmoat. Nevertheless the team are taking these allegations very seriously and will continue to investigate this matter, they have also requested any supporting evidence. Moving forward only external contractors will be used to carry out works.

Cancelled my booking for nothing I booked a weekend break for a party of…

I booked a weekend break for a party of 3 then two days later I received a email saying I couldn’t attend the weekend due to a incident a couple of years earlier when my ex partner got drunk and I had to call security to get her to calm down . I actually left Bognor that night of my own accord and wasn’t asked to leave by security or the police so I thought I had defused the situation and that was that until I was refused the booking. I called butlins call centre to ask why this was and was told a team leader would call me back to discuss this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 of course not in there eyes I was guilty of something that I did not do I have noticed a lot of bad reviews about butlins since borne lesuire sold the butlins parks and I think the new company who owns butlins is a joke and for the person who makes these completely wrong disgusting decisions your a moron plain and simple and I hope you get sacked

Wellpets Sittingbourne DO NOT USE THESE INDIVIDUALS THEY ARE CON ARTISTS so I took my dog to the groomer in the same building as the vets when the lady brought out my dog she said he had fleas but because he was shaved they would have probably gone so the problem was I had my other dog in my car so I asked the receptionist if I could buy some sort of spray to use in my car so she gave me a spray and charged me £28 so I took the spray and didn’t use it because I had to drop my dogs off first so on my way home I went into pets are us and they were selling the same spray for £14 pounds so i purchased two more sprays I then returned to the vets and told them the situation and that they charged me double for the same spray and wanted to return the unopened spay with this the four staff members couldn’t make a decision between them and told me I couldn’t have a refund even though I returned the spray back to them unopened and within 15 minutes of the purchase your disgusting fraudulent company you don’t care about peoples animals it’s about the money for your company you should be closed down how many people have you ripped off before quite a lot I suppose

courier left the parcel at the back…

The courier left the parcel at the back of the property near the garden gate next to a public foot path surprise surprise the parcel was stolen. Why the parcel was not left outside my front door were it would have been safe is beyond me what idiot would do something like this EVRI needs to replace the missing item

CON ARTISTS is just a con when I…

This company is just a con when I ordered the teeth whitening shields they sent me a impression kit . I did notice on there website it said if the impression we’re not taken clearly there would be a additional charge for for more putty to take the impressions again . This raised alarm bells so basically they then sent me a email saying I needed to retake the moulds and purchase more putty surprise surprise. I don’t agree with them they should make the shields regardless and send back the old impression kits if the shields don’t fit then thats my fault but not demand more money making up some rubbish story about I didn’t take the impressions properly what a bunch of joker 😂😂😂😂

We spoke this morning and your impressions have been rechecked by our laboratory and unfortunately, if we made the trays from these impressions, they would not fit, would not protect your gums or allow the whitening treatment to work correctly. I wrote a review on the 19th April 2022 regarding a watch I was going to purchase and how the price was increased . In actual fact watch philosophy was not actually to blame for the mix up it was a third party’s mistake so I have spoken to rik and resolved the situation and he has been very professional and helpful and sourced the watch I wanted at a very reasonable price so if you want a decent watch for a good price speak to these guys and they will look after you nice one rik 👍

So I picked my vehicle up from bluebell…

So I picked my vehicle up from bluebell hill Saturday Sunday brakes started grinding call bigmotoring world said I would take vehicle to Audi to have the breaks assessed told by aftercare team not to do this as I would be charged for the assessment by Audi told instead to go to Halfords which I did Halfords condemned the brake disks and said they wasn’t fit for purpose and that they needed changing ASAP told by aftercare team I need report from Halfords .Halfords refused saying unless they carried out the work they would not release report so basically iv been driving my family around in a 50000 pound death trap told bigmotoring world this have a guess what herd nothing from them 😂😂😂 surprise surprise so be careful and think carefully about what your doing with this company don’t put your family at risk nice one bigmotoring world 👍👍 by the way iv got all the emails to back these claims up 👍
