I have to agree with the one star…
I have to agree with the one star review from another customer. I had a so called maintenance man who works directly for keepmote to Carry out some defective work still under warranty . The person they sent was more interested in getting backhanders for work that was faulty and already scheduled to be repaired he was very rude on the 3 occasions he came to my property on the first occasion the keepmote worker thought it was ok to chat up my girlfriend because I wasn’t there . When I did arrive home he carried on working surprised surprised. The second time he was there he was just basically looking for backhanders surprise surprise. The 3rd time he was there he was so rude I told him to leave my property he did after protest he then got on the phone to his office obviously telling lies to get himself out the situation. I did email keepmote to tell them I had asked him to leave and nothing back for days then got a email saying keepmote were not prepared to send a direct employee from there company to complete the works . So far keepmote has done nothing so be careful who keepmote send to your home as this individual is very suspicious in more than one way . As I said in a previous email you need to undertake your own investigation into this situation im not prepared to do your investigation for you my solicitor has the evidence of which you are not entitled to unless I give permission what is a serious issue is your staff’s behaviour I think you are forgetting I am a customer not one of your employees so you’re rules do not apply to me I suggest you get your house in order and stop trying to pass the blame on someone that has nothing to gain from this situation end of do your job properly
