They do what they say.
They offer a good variety of features and their customer support is quite responsive.
I've been using them for years and always works fine.
They have multiple platform and multi browser support which is nice as well.
It is not super cheap, but its something that is 100% nowadays.

The only problem that they have are dates, sometimes they force the US date format (that only in the US is used) and some forms are screwed because of this, and there is no way to change it.

Speed is good, but in some countries all their servers are blacklisted, so it is impossible to use services via their VPN.
I already contacted the customer support and their answer was "yeah we know this, sorry".
Given they increase their price like 3x last year, I just disabled the Auto-renewal because it was REALLY expensive. Sorry guys, but you are terrible expensive for an average service. You just lost a 5 year old customer.

They force you to use the camera for face recognition log in. If you don't do it you can no longer use the platform. Banks don't even do this, it is a complete abuse of privacy. I don't want to give them already more data so they can sell it. I am stopping using this. Its an abuse.

Their add system does not work for multiple reasons.
Linking accounts doesn't work. I've lost all the invoices after they requested me to link accounts.

Its impossible to contact to someone.

I am going to use another platform for ads. F*** this sh**t.

I have been user of addy.io (ex annonaddy) for years in the free plan. Never had a problem, super convenient, easy to use and fast. If at some point I need to upgrade my plan to a paid one because I need more quota I would definitely do it.

Really helps not using your private mail in non important sites.

I bought a domain and a hosting service with them.
The times of deliver are not instant, so if you are in a hurry be careful.
I would give 4 starts if the FTP service that they provide would work better. To be honest, it is really hard to connect to the ftp site to upload stuff with a client. In general I have to retry at different times till magically it connects. This is really annoying.
