They froze my account just because the name on the accounts were different. Never been a problem with other providers. They have now been withholding my money for 2 weeks without interest instead of paying it back. Complete con artists who will be reported the the Financial Ombudsman. Martin Lewis should immediately stop recommending them.

Guapi and their delivery provider delivered our order to the wrong address and they have proof of this. Despite numerous emails and 2 weeks after this occurred we still do not have an explanation, refund or replacement. Please be careful as they don't appear to want to help resolve this. I am in the process of taking legal action.

There is a problem with their app which recorded me as the driver when I was a passenger. I didn't notice this at first and now they are cancelling our policy because I was using my phone in the car even though I was just the passenger. They won't listen to any reason and have zero customer service skills. Just looking to rip us off.

There is a function in the app to change from driver to passenger in cases where you are not driving but using your phone. This can be accessed by clicking on the trip once it loads.

Please think twice before ordering from this company. The merchandise was not delivered to the address on the order and FedEx confirmed this. FedEx blamed Guapi, Guapi blamed FedEx. Despite Guapi having a legal obligation to deliver the order they refused to provide a refund or a replacement.

Absolutely excellent. Order arrived quicker than expected but with minor damage to the bed and missing accessories. They responded immediately to my email, offered an appropriate discount or exchange for the bed and posted out the missing items. Sometimes orders aren't perfect but the customer service to address the issues was top notch. Thank you!!
Terrible. Most people in the store don't appear to know how to process a sale so need a manager to help them complete it. Had an issue with an order and they completely ignored a number of emails, leading to me having to drive to the store to sort things out.
