Unreliable and Very disappointing!!!
Very disappointing!!!
I purchased a smash and grab gift to surprise my son for his birthday. I paid for expediting shipping to ensure the gift was received in time. Needless to say It was NEVER delivered at all. each time I reached out to the company they were quick to put the blame on everyone but themselves. Bottom line they dropped the ball. Think twice before ordering from this company, you may or may not receive your order.

We can see from your review that you indicate the order was never delivered, which would imply the order was shipped by us on time with every intention of it arriving in time for your son's birthday. Based on your review it appears we handed off the gift to our carriers and never arrived. It sounds like our chosen carrier did drop the ball and we feel awful about that, we take complete ownership, and are willing to help!
Unfortunately we're unable to anticipate delays or delivery issues that happen in the hands our carriers, and would definitely have attempted to make alternate plans for your order if we could have.
