Great products and good customer service

Great products that are as advertised and if needed, I would order from them again. Good and friendly customer service. I had a small issue with delivery of my items, four items delivered in three separate deliveries by three different couriers, several days apart but I contacted customer service and the quickly provided a reply and delivery update. It would be nice to have an update after the initial shipment that the remainder of the shipment would be sent separately.

False advertising

I ordered the deluxe version of the Peach Skin arrangement but I got the most miserable arrangement that I could have bought for 7.50 at my local grocery store. It contained three gerbias, two carnations, three veronicas, two lisianthus and three purple asters. On your website, you advertise the deluxe version as 'An important celebration deserves the most sophisticated bouquet!' I think perhaps I got the classic version by mistake as there were so few flowers. As well the delivery was not made to my apartment and I stayed at home on purpose to wait for the delivery. Instead, the delivery was made directly to a parcel delivery shop that I had to walk quite a distance to get to. I will not be ordering from you again and I will tell all of my friends not to either. So disappointing and what a ripoff, I paid for delivery and I paid for the deluxe bouquet and got a few stems of flowers that look absolutely nothing like the photo. I would say false advertising. I have photos that I would like to share but there is no option for me to attach files to show the miserable arrangement.

Ik had Slechte klantenservice en ze zijn een klant kwijtnet een zeer frustrerend en…

Ik had net een zeer frustrerend en tijdrovend probleem met een retour die ik wilde maken. Ik had twee artikelen die deel uitmaakten van één bestelling, ze werden op verschillende dagen verzonden, dus ze kwamen in twee afzonderlijke pakketten aan. Ik wilde mijn bestelling retourneren en regelde de retour online. Ik heb maar één streepjescode ontvangen, ook al had ik twee pakketten en ik vond dit vreemd, dus nam ik contact op met hun klantenservice en had een online chat met een van de assistenten die zei dat er niets aan de hand was en dat de persoon bij het retourpunt zou weten wat doen en maak je er geen zorgen over. Dus ging ik naar het retourpunt en werd belachelijk gemaakt omdat ik dacht dat ik twee pakketten met één streepjescode kon verzenden. Ik vertrok erg beschaamd en met pakketten die ik nodig had om naar huis terug te keren. Na ongeveer 30 minuten online met een andere bol.com-assistent die dit probleem heeft opgelost en mij twee barcodes voor de twee pakketten heeft gestuurd. Dit was een zeer frustrerende, gênante en tijdrovende ervaring die correct had moeten worden afgehandeld via het online retourproces of de eerste assistent waarmee ik online heb gechat. Bol.com is een klant kwijt.
