Great customer service. Item i bought was like a tenth of the price of what it is at Screwfix and other places! I always try toolstation first before I go anywhere else.

Sports direct is a very good company where i always shop. The colour i wanted of the items I bought weren't in the shop so I had to order online. Got it in a few days but what I didn't like was the package was just left at the door. Sportsdirect used Evri. Why would someone use such a USELESS COMPANY?! First the delivery was supposed to come between 8pm and 9pm then they changed it to 2 to 3pm. I wasnt even home. The delivery driver just left it at the front door. He took a picture of it to show that he had left it there. He couldn't leave it in a safe place..I bet he didn't even knock on the front door! I got home 2 hours later. I has run home..i travelled 15 miles just to pick it up because i was afraid that somebody might steal it! What if someone had stolen it? Would the picture he took made any difference. I get alot of deliveries and everytime the person I've ordered from uses Evri..either they leave it at the WRONG address or they leave it at the door! Useless company!
I had to pay £4.99 to get it delivered. Even if I ordered it and picked it up from the store it still would have cost me £4.99! How silly is that! Wasnt happy about that.

Everything I buy from Robert Dyas is excellent! I bought a Dyson vacuum cleaner from them nearly 18 years ago and it's still going strong! They sell good products at a good price.

I never knew about this company. I have been looking for tap aerator but noone seems to have them! Until I stumbled upon these guys. I will definitely be going to them in future...items are very cheap too

Brilliant service. Always have what I need. I normally just need one of something. Toolstation always seems to have it as a single item whereas the other companies seem to sell everything in bulk! Obviously Toolstation also sell in bulk. I always try them first. They've saved me ALOT OF MONEY!! Only criticism is their description of the items could be more in depth. Thank you toolstation!

Useless company. Kept paying ne money late..because of them I payed my mortgage late one time. The other time the direct debit was sent back and I was charged £25!

What can I say? 5 stars ALL DAY LONG! If I had an option of 10 stars I would give it to them! My father who was in construction had been using them for years..he is retired now..he recommended me to them. I wanted a front door put in..I was desperate..I had got a wooden door put in from a carpenter about 17 years ago..I had payed him good money. He was SO STUPID that he hadn't treated the door. After a while the door had become rotten and bits of had fallen fallen due to the rain. I was desperate for a new front door because there was a huge hole in the front door. I rang around and then my father suggested that I ring jewel windows. He said that they were a bit expensive but I didnt care about that as long as they did a good job. I rang them up..a guy called James came out and to be honest ..he was a very nice guy and he gave me a very reasonable price for the front door. It was a composite door with a side glass unit. I was getting the same sort of quotes and in fact the National firms were giving me quotes which were about £600 more. So I thought I would give them a try..as my father trusted them. You know what..that was the best thing I have ever done! The guy who came to do the Front door came on time and he took all the rubbish away. He told me that it was the HARDEST door he had ever done! Lol. The work was EXCELLENT! Nearly 3 years on I still look at the work he had done and I admire it!
I needed to get my windows changed..and to be honest..it was a NO BRAINER! I went to jewel windows and asked them them if they could install all the windows in my house and the back door. Again they sent James. He gave me a very good price for everything with a very healthy discount. They came and did it at the time they said and again.no mess and a EXCELLENT JOB! Then I decided to get me patio door done.i didn't care about the price..I just wanted jewel windows to do it. Again James came out..gave me a good price and arranged a date. Unfortunately I lost my job...i told jewel windows that I need some time and guess what? I spoke to a lovely lady called Shannon..she let me book the installation roughly about nine months I signed the contract from. THANK YOU Shannon! They came in the given time..and guess what..excellent patio door..and NO MESS!
Then I got them to do the soffits and guttering. I didn't care about the price but again when James came out he gave me a good price. This time I couldn't really afford it..wasn't earning enough money. I shouldnt really tell you this because they dont normally do it but guess what? Shannon let pay in installments. LOVE YOU SHANNON! And again..excellent job! Can't fault it.
They have PRACTICALLY GIVEN ME A NEW HOUSE! lol I need my bathroom done..but unfortunately jewel windows don't do bathrooms otherwise I would get them to do it. NO MATTER THE COST! Thank you jewel windows!!

Great customer service. Guy they sent out new EXACTLY what he was doing! Fixed the problem! I will definitely buy an Ideal boiler again. Boiler is very quiet and ringing Ideal is no problem. No obstacles..Great customer service!
