Staff acknowledged you on entering…

Staff acknowledged you on entering store but not pushy. As soon as we had made our choices, a store assistant was to hand to take our order. Very friendly lady served us. She was knowledgeable about the furniture we chose and very attentive to our conversation.

Personalized food plan

Great quality food products at reasonable prices. Always delivered on time . Can alter your monthly order and delivery dates easily. Above all this is the only grain free kibble Teddy's delicate tummy can tolerate and after eating it for a good few years now, he has never gone off it. Keep up the good food Tails.

Always delivered on time

Always delivered on time. Tails box damaged though and I also left additional information for parcel to be left in outside toilet but it was left on the deck. As I was away I had to ask a friend to go to my house and put inside. Unfortunately box was damaged.

Ordering and amending your order with…

Ordering and amending your order with Tails is straightforward and simple. You can bring your delivery forward or delay it . And delivery is always on time. The past communications I've had with them, have been dealt with rapidly and rectified immediately. The kibble is the only one my dog hasn't gone off of - has been eating for several.years now. He also loves the tasty burger treats. One happy pooch means happy owners. If the food agrees with your pets then I highly recommend them as a company.

Free delivery

Free delivery. Kept up to date on delivery date and most of all you can amend your order on line at any time.
Only gave 4 star as box the food was delivered in was very badly damaged but food inside okay.
Tails very speedily contacted me about the packaging and have looked into the delivery of my pet food.
Thank you Tails for excellent communication and resolution. I would now award a five star rating for your excellent response.
