I received a banged up box from DHL

I received a banged up box from DHL, the contents had not been properly wrapped up and they spilled all over the box.
Usually the peanut butter tubs are wrapped on bubble wrap, not this time, and to terrible consequences. All the contents were covered on peanut and cashew butter, some of the bags with the sundried tomatoes bursted too and the tomatoes spilled all over the box.

Grape tree did apologize and refunded the damaged items but this is a massive failure in quality control. I have been shopping here for years and spend hundreds of pounds a year, really hope that going forward this is fixed.

Flawless service and over the top customer service

First of all all the normal stuff, delivery, communication, easy returns prompt refunds 10/10 must say not only rapid but also outside of working hours just incredible.

But what set this apart is the dedicated customer service. They took the time to speak to me and went over and above to ensure that I would find the perfect shoes for my feet.

You sometimes get efficient shops that don't really care about customers or awesome personalized service that falls down due toong waits or late refunds. I found that this guy's have it all, don't overthink it and get your shoes here, we need more shops like this and more folk like Colin, truly an awesome experience, will be back to get winter boots in a few months!

Nobody rang the bell

Nobody rang the bell, the parcel was dropped on the landing without even bothering to knock on the door. Found out that it had been delivered thanks to someone delivering food next door that was kind enough to ring our bell.

Poor quality and expensive returns

Shoes were subpar, you really get what you pay for. In addition, and despite having warehouses in EU the shoes shipped straight from China and took a few weeks to arrive.

I wear a 44 EU this shoes where more like a 42 I felt way too tight inside them and made me overpronate.

When I went to return them I was required to send them to USA with a delivery cost of £19 as the shoes costed £40 I had to lose half of the cost just to return them.

Probably this is a Brexit related issue more than Saguaro, but I just can't recommend buying this shoes in the UK.

My parcel was left outside on the…

My parcel was left outside on the street not even inside my porch and also was never notified, as a result it spent the night outside. They didn't even bother to rang my door, just dropped on the street and on their way. Absolute rubbish

Terrible service, the item arrived late, past the window. The box was damaged and one of the parts inside was bent out of shape.

Zero response from CS

Bought the spark cable and two adapters, turns out that the plugs are not interchangeable so much for being one cable for all your devices.
Have been trying to get in touch with them for weeks to send the items back and no response from their customer service team.
Not even sure if they are just ignoring my emails or if the address care@ voltacharger.com on their website works at all.

Would not recommend.
