I completed a survey priced at £1.20. At the end it said 'something went wrong' and it didn't credit my balance. I cannot find anywhere on the site that enables me to contact support. They cannot say they have no control over surveys as they are promoting them and should ensure a survey company pays.

When I had an issue, they dealt with it very quickly; they were both polite and professional. I have used their service to good effect and have been successful in gaining employment using their CV templates.

Immediate response to questions, did exactly what they said they would do and the pan was delivered very quickly. They cannot be faulted as they kept me informed of delivery date, delivery time and were spot on with that. Also, the pan is fantastic, much better than I thought it might be. I would highly recommend them and will buy from them again.

First rate communication. Clear advice and subsequent quote and finally, delivery on date given, computer easy to set up and is far better than I expected in terms of performance and ease of use. Would definitely buy another computer from these people.

When I telephoned to say that my glasses didn't seem to correct my vision, I discovered , from the very polite and helpful gentleman with whom I spoke, that I had entered the wrong information. I was asked to return them and for only the cost of the postage, they replaced the lenses without charge. I have now received them and they are perfect. I would very highly recommend using Selectspecs and I will do again. Many thanks.

This was the most useful First Aid course I have attended. The information given was very clear and there was an opportunity to practise the techniques discussed in the course. There was a strong emphasis on building our confidence to be able to use what we had learned, should the need arise.
