When I telephoned to say that my glasses didn't seem to correct my vision, I discovered , from the very polite and helpful gentleman with whom I spoke, that I had entered the wrong information. I was asked to return them and for only the cost of the postage, they replaced the lenses without charge. I have now received them and they are perfect. I would very highly recommend using Selectspecs and I will do again. Many thanks.
