The software didn't work for me

The software didn't work for me, so i got a refund the same day i request it .
That's why i am leaving a 4 star but they have to fix many bugs.

my song was uploaded in anothers artist…

my song was uploaded in another artist profile in spotify.

Review update after communication... The service is very fast and free, which is something new artists really need. I had an issue with my track as it was placed on another profile with the same name as mine, but I am in direct contact with Jumpstr to resolve it. The response is quick and very helpful. Just make sure to watch out if you already have a user profile on Spotify, as the tracks you upload won't go there. A new artist profile is needed, which I am currently in the process of obtaining.
