It is so great that I can still use my old drill and saw because of AllBatteries commitment to providing upgraded batteries that keep older gear useable. I hate to have to throw away potentially good things because I can't get a part.

The process for reserving and buying tools on line is explained clearly on the site. The site is easy to use. The range of similar items in stock to choose between was good enough to make an informed choice. Service at the shop counter was efficient and friendly. A good experience.

I have ordered and paid for a tool that was described as having two in stock and available for click and collect at the Paisley branch. I assumed that this meant that I could collect it almost immediately. Over a week later I am still waiting for the text to tell me when I can collect the item. Is this a normal time to wait for an item that is "in stock"? What is really frustrating is that you can't phone direct to store and get an instant answer as to what is going on with your order.
