Poor battery quality, poor customer services and misleading marketing.

Had my Max kit on my Brompton for almost a year. Overall I’d say this is a cheap and poorly made product. Took ages for it to be delivered, well past the estimated date for delivery, took a complaint to get them to do something about it, but communication was poor. Within 6 months the LED display broke and had to be replaced. Having owned it for a year, using it 3 times a week for around 4kms each journey, the battery is showing signs of wear, charge is noticeably worse, displays on the LED control and battery are inconsistent and don’t really tell you what your battery level is. I wouldn’t buy this, it’s decorated as a great product and they have done some cleaver marketing to hoodwink you into buying one, likely knowing it’s not up to any real quality or standard you would expect as an average consumer. There marketing in my view is misleading.

BT is one of the worst service…

BT is one of the worst service providers for Broadband and television. The Television interface it horrendous, don't bother with it. The contract terms allow for annual price increases and you get nothing more for it.

Woeful service

Woeful service. Engineers are nice people but the actual service to make the appointments for a warranty repair with HP were useless. Took over 2 weeks and 3 failed visits to get the replacement harddrive.

Fixflo used to be a leading software

Fixflo used to be a leading software, its gradually lost its way over the last couple of years. Supported by their automatic renewal contract which demonstrates they too are not confident in the service they provide. Make sure you don't make the same mistake we have in signing agreements and not ensuring you have a fair renew term.

Awful service form the support team

Awful service form the support team. very hard to get hold of, refusing to provide me with their complaints procedure. Paid for the extended warranty for extra peace of mind, enacted a warranty claim over 3 weeks ago, 3 failed engineer visits to repair and replace the hard drive and I'm still waiting. don't bother with HP avoid them at all costs.

Great service and great product.

Great experience and service some initial survey through to the full install and set up. the transition from our old host system to theirs was seamless and worked brilliantly. The cloudya application is perfect for working from home, we can make and receive calls from home as if we are in the office.
