Easy to use and delivered quickly!

I am beyond furious with the absolutely horrendous service I’ve experienced! I ordered a bed on January 21, 2025, from sleepbeds.co.uk and their website promised delivery within 3 to 10 days. Fast forward to March 4, 2025—32 DAYS later—and I’m still without a bed and have received ZERO communication!

Zenith Delivery Network, has rescheduled delivery TWICE and failed to show up both times! And guess what? Neither of these companies answers their phones! It’s like they’ve completely disappeared!

Your tracking says AWAITING DATE? Where is my bed?!

I am beyond furious with the absolutely horrendous service I’ve experienced! I ordered a bed on January 21, 2025, and their website promised delivery within 3 to 10 days. Fast forward to March 4, 2025—32 DAYS later—and I’m still without a bed and have received ZERO communication! The only communication is when I send an email and they say it is due to packaging problems!!

Their so-called sister company, Zenith Delivery Network, has rescheduled delivery TWICE and failed to show up both times! And guess what? Neither of these companies answers their phones! It’s like they’ve completely disappeared!

To make matters worse, I got an emails asking how I’m sleeping and urging me to rate their service. Seriously? I sent them a picture of the floor I’m sleeping on! Thanks to their incompetence, my back is killing me!

Every time I hear from them, it’s the same tired excuse about “packaging problems.” It’s all a load of nonsense! I just want my bed! Why can’t they just be honest and stop stringing me along?! This is absolutely unacceptable! Where is my bed?!

Have never stayed in a place quite like this one! So much attention to detail.
They have gone out of their way!

Definitely will be using the service! As a carer it is a real pain trying to get medicine as our locations changes every month. This is great as you can change delivery address to suit!
