Unfortunately I have only given 3 stars this time round. The website was user friendly and I did find everything I was looking for. However the delivery let the service down. The box was left outside with no attempt to ring the doorbell or leave in a safe place. As apartments there is stairwell access. Also our front door opens up curb side so the box was left in the public pavement.
As a side note to this, it was noted that there are no markings on the box to note it was heavy.
Thankfully we have cctv, for security however with no protection from the weather we were left with a soggy box.

Delivery was okay, return process was great really simple!
However I am disappointed with the quality of the dress, it is not the level I expected for the cost. I.e threads hanging off, and the way the sweetheart neckline sat, it had the rubber line to keep it in place however it just twisted so didn't sit properly and the bardo of the dress was so loose in comparison to the rest of the dress so kept slipping.
I would have returned but I needed a dress.
The dress however was a gorgeous floral pattern and the lining was good to have. The style was nice.
Just think for any item around the 100+ mark there are small details I would expect to be in tact.

The 3 star review is based on...
- delivery = star
- return = star
- convinence = star
- quality = no star
- fit = no star
So I believe the 3 stars is adequate for my dresses order.

We did recieved some tshirts and such after, so we would still be customers going forward. Just would expect a higher quality in the clothes.

Therefore I think my review is just and I don't appreciate the fib there though.

Wild seem to change up with the seasons and occasions, the special cases to keep it interesting, the personalisation is always nice.
The delivery is prompt (I'm base ROI) and the smells are great should be something for everyone.
I'm very sensitive skinned and even the wild 'normal' range is grand with me.
I did find when I started using the product there was almost a 'detox' period and I very nearly gave up because I smelt worse then I had ever before for and showered what felt like constantly for 3 days. But after about a period of 4 days it all changed and I haven't looked back. It goes on well, it's creamy but I haven't had a problem with it marking my black tops or anything.
All in all very pleased with the product and the service.
Website is very user friendly.
Hope everyone else enjoys joining the world of wild as much as we have.

Ah, you've gotta experience this personal service yourselves to believe me. There is nothing better than ordering items you love and feeling the love from a business like this. Not only is Alexandra on point with her timely email responses but it feels like you've known her for years! She also remembers to drop you an email to check you are happy and in receipt of the delivery. I mean for me it's always been the little touches that'll bring me back and these guys are truly a pleasure to engage with.
