Very quick fast approval. Quick response from customer service to resolve my not being able to take phone calls and helping complete loan online due to being at work. Obviously an expensive loan if you don’t intend to pay off quickly but when rents due and someone went on a spree with a lost credit card and landlord is a real piece of work you have to do what you can so in that regards this saved me from dealing with extra headaches. I appreciate their quick response and help and approval

Rudest laziest customer service I’ve ever seen. Spent over $300. Receive 4 of 32 items and they refuse to resend items that were never received nor will they refund. Robbery. Frauds. What I did receive except one item is cheap and garbage. Awful. Ruined our Xmas as these were gifts. Shameful and disgusting. *everyone please note every SHEIN reply to bad reviews is identical - same with every message they’ll send you privately. Nothing but lazy thieves that don’t know how to read messages just copy and paste generic replies repeatedly. Don’t believe a word of any reply to any bad review. I have screenshots for 3 weeks daily to prove this.

After some mix ups and confusion, I have to say, Matt the manager is AMAZING! Took care of everything (even handled my attitude). Extremely impressed with the process. Thanks again Matt.
