Well I'm in Second life ! to be honest if you go there and use it for free great ! but I won't pay a single penny for it ! it runs on a coding that's 20 + Years but thats ok to a point ! It lag like HELL ! And for those who wonder .. No your computer has nothing to do with it nor in most case your internet speed ! its theirs architectures and Data transfer speed ! As a result in one night 7 peoples left for another platform (very similar) So before you makke friends there and so on .. just have a very good look ad thought ! but for god sake don't pay ! its not worh it !
All in all, its all good.. They don't warn peoples about the Pishing campaign that goes on on theirs clients (I'm one of them) Emails pretending to be Fasthosts telling your domaine is about to or is expired ... peoples might log into theses Emails etc ... This is due either to a security breach in Fasthosts or a leak of data. (I don't see someone looking randomly on whois to find theirs clients. Nonetheless the point is that the least they could do is to warn theirs clients. Out of respect at least but no they don't!!! I contacted theirs costumers services, sent a copy or rather forward these Emails .. nothing ! they keep coming! So just i case they "Fasthosts" telling you that its your fault etc .. thats crap! And These Emails arrive on your Fasthosts Emails ... not your personal one, Fasthosts only contact you on your personal one. So beware and don't reply or open these Emails about your Domain.. if not sure logon to your FastHosts Dasboard and check it out.

I understand your frustrations around phishing emails , please always check where the email has come from ( if you open the details of the email or check the sender address ) but if you forward these to us our support team we should be responding to say we have acknowledged them and passed them to our abuse team ( our abuse team quickly get these emails blocked at the offending host ) please do respond to our request for more information so i can look at this further for you.
We are regularly audited and we have not had any data breaches or data leaks , phishing emails are a nuisance to the entire industry and i will pass your feedback on about warning customers more or communicating about these risks of these emails.
Very poor customer services .. you chat with a Bot, you call its another one ! not even able to deliver a parcel in Argos (thats in a huge Sainsbury's in Stafford) Something I bought on Ebay .. I contacted the seller he won't use Evri again .. its very poor quality as far as customer service goes as well as deliveries. Never Again !

Beware about the offers you get over the counter ( when you leave your goods before it goes for testing) I took an Apple Keyboard this morning to the Stafford Store, a A1243 totally unused .. the guy there gave me an offer of £6 corresponding to a grade C while its an immaculate one it should be graded B or even A as it was never used ! anyway I got a £14 offer to C*** C******* its a more realistic offer ! so beware when taking your goods there ... On a better note, I bought a lot of products from CEX and I never had to complaint at all ! from now on I'm only buying from them but not selling anymore !
