Paid the £0.10p which it charges you and complete the process with no upgrade of quality in the photo it’s just a scam. Then get a call from the fraud team at M&S saying it’s a possible fraud as they have took £49.00, have had to cancel my card and don’t know yet if I will get my money back. Why is the Google allowing these scammers the platform to continue to scam people out of money - Google need to get on their game and take them down !

From start to completion my experience with Clare could not of been any better. The response to my queries were always responded to quickly, and my requests were never to much work. I have had my dna tested with a few companies and this is by far the best customer service I’ve had so far.

Not someone who is an IT expert by any means but my experience in uploading this software onto my Mac was pain free thank god.
