The only part of the holiday which was fantastic was the hotel. Which has zero Tui staff / service.

Firstly, we booked through Tui as being 20-22 weeks pregnant, thought their planes and services would be high standards.
We were on ‘alternative’ planes with Tui both journeys to Lanzarote.
One was EDF plane (old/tatty/tiny/noisy/unpleasant/no entertainment) and return was swisslynx (old/tiny/unpleasant and no entertainment). So didn’t even get a nice Tui plane from previous experiences.
Luggage wasn’t loaded onto the return flight to Manchester. No staff at airport representing to Tui helpful. Online forms to complete - 50 of us at 3.30am after a 2.5 hour delay on a night flight.

Tui doing nothing - not acknowledging issues raised like it was unacceptable. Had to ask for a phone call in reply to the first email sent due to the complaint email reply being so unsatisfactory.
Would stick to cheaper airlines in future as not flown with Tui for years and won’t be in a hurry to book again. Jet2 much more efficient and friendlier staff.

Really quick delivery / good quality and good value for money!

Excellent service, professional and friendly and really made the move from Huddersfield to Southport easy. Even dismantled & rebuilt my wardrobe. Blue shoes used = 🤩🤩 would highly recommend!
