This is utterly a fraud company. They have so far deducted almost €31 from my account inspite of informing them about their fraudulent product (Apple Watch faces) is not working for me.
They are not even responding to my complaint email and keep deducting money for nothing.

They have set a new milestone in the history of banking for giving a worst customer service.
Honestly speaking, I haven't seen anything worst than their customer service. For every simple thing you have to beg for an appointment and they will take their sweet time and give you an appointment no sooner than a few weeks.
To get my own money from the savings deposit account in case of emergency, they gave me an appointment after 10 days and when I attended the appointment they said it will take 5 more days for the money to get credited to my account. What a pathetic user experience.
I am sure none of their management cares about the dissatisfaction of their customers.
