Been with them for a while now and on the odd occasions that I have had to interact with them it has been a very simple and pleasant experience.

Cardiff/Anthony Excellent
We had a very pleasant experience in the Cardiff store,looked after by Anthony Llewelyn. He was knowledgeable ,patient ( we kept altering things!!) and very nice. He spent nearly 4hrs over 2 visits making sure we had exactly what we wanted. He even saved us money on some parts of the trip. He fully appreciated this was a big holiday for us and he made sure Everything was just as we wanted.
He is a credit to the company
