I couldn't even utilise the word…

I couldn't even utilise the word useless
I was sat around like a clown waiting to receive my goods from 2.30 pm after opening a tracking link via an email suggesting delivery before 3.30pm at 6.30pm me and my partner decided to go for a curry
After checking my camera the driver finally turned up at 7.03 pm throwing two blank dpd cards on my front door step before jumping back in his van !
And this morning i get an email saying delivery is now monday !
Quality right there

Well not this time thankfully a company that is competitive efficient and organised

I dont think there's a worse company to…

I dont think there's a worse company to try and contact for a simple answer to a question
I've tried AI I've tried calling them only to be cut off every time, then i tried whats app waiting 3 hours, so i thought i'd use my landline provided by them and guess what its got a fault
The best advice i could give anyone is steer clear of virgin media absolutely useless a total trauma, you cant even get a call back 😡😡😡😡
