Stay away from OK

I move to OK last year in may and we make a deal to pay monthly ! I didn't get invoices for april,may and june til yesterday and guess what,surprise ! I get a faktura 1600 kroner from them with korrektion from 1 january til 31 march ! I talk wit a lady from OK customer service to find out why I have to pay those money and she said the government make new rules but on the invoice they write something else! When I ask where I can make a complain about it,she said : to the government ! So after they cheat customers are arrogant also ! I decide to move to another company because if I will stay more with OK,who know's what kind of " korrektion" they will send ! 0 stars and a very bad customers service !

My colleague has explained the situation to you, and it is Energinet that has carried out this recalculation for all customers in Denmark who use electric heating.

Previously, the 4,000 kWh threshold you needed to exceed in order to receive a reduced electricity tax was roughly distributed over the 12 months of the year. This meant that each month, you paid full electricity tax on part of your consumption and received a reduced tax on the rest. Now, however, you must use 4,000 kWh before receiving the reduced electricity tax. This means that the extra charge you’ve received is tax you still owe.

As a result, you should expect your electricity bills to be slightly higher at the beginning of the year. But once you reach the 4,000 kWh threshold, your bills will decrease, as you'll then start receiving the reduced electricity tax.

These are the same rules that all electricity providers are required to follow.

If it will be possible I will give you 0 stars ! I make a order of 3400 kroner with ny suspension and tårnleje !
Of course tårnleje it was not for my model and I should put the old one back and guess what,I should pay the mechanic again because somebody from autodoc sleep very well ! When I inform you about that,we make a deal,to send you back tårnleje and you will give me the money back plus bremseskive foran like a compensation ! When I call today to remind you about that,it was not true ! Liars ! I can easily go to the local shops,to buy spareparts from here,it's more confortable ! It's not first time when I have troubles with you ! I will never order from you ! 0 stars !

This saturday I have 2 weeks when I order spare parts for Toyota Avensis and on Gls website I can see the package is on the way til Gls center!
I will not order from them anymore!

I have also a bad experience with 3F Holstebro ! Stay away from them,they don't care about the members ! I make a complain in 3F Copenhagen and I told them I don't get support from 3F Holstebro ! They don't care also ! Thanks for nothing !
