A very frustrating online shopping experience
I bought a pair of pants on December 8, 2021 from Rockman's online. I did receive them approx. 2 weeks later. Unfortunately they were too small so I had to return them which I did on December 21st, 2021 through Parcel Point. And that's when it started to get problematic. I did not receive any updates about if and when my parcel got delivered at Rockmans in NSW. I rang Parcel Point a few times and they couldn't give me any proper updates. In the end I rang Rockmans custumer service on January 20, 2022. Even though they tried to be helpful I still haven't receive any notifications if they received my parcel and up until today I haven't received a refund. The whole experience is very frustrating and I won't do any more online shopping with Rockmans.
