I ordered the jerky man crate and some jerky on the side. First it didn’t get shipped together so one was left on the front porch with no who’s it from the other was on the side porch. 2nd there was mold in one of the bags of the jerky and in another was a floss pick. Do not order food from this company. I send and email with pictures and no reply. I spent over 200 on this gift for a coworker and how embarrassing.

I'm sorry to hear that your delivery experience was less than optimal, our carriers will leave packages where they feel the delivery will be safe and it sounds like the delivery drivers left the packages where they felt they would be safe until they were picked up. Also, when ordering from us, there is a possibility that your order will be shipped from different Man Crates warehouses, depending on the item, which is why your order was split into two shipments. We do this to ensure you're getting your order as quickly as possible, we're sorry if this caused any trouble!
We're also sorry to hear that the jerky missed the mark. The floss pick you found is intentionally added by the jerky manufacturer. The packaging of that particular jerky lists that there is a floss pick included in the package.
As for the moldy jerky, that's definitely not how we would have liked your recipient to receive their gift. I have looked through our customer service emails using the name provided on this review and cannot locate your email to us. If you would please make sure you're emailing guys@mancrates.com and we;ll get back to you within minutes, there's currently no wait for email responses. Also, if you prefer, you can give us a call at 866-902-7260 and we'll pick up the phone to help right away. We'd like the opportunity to replace that jerky free of charge.
