I bought a givi topbox and its platform which is having a problem and these guys not accepting return. Beware before you buy. I would rather prefer someone in local UK going forward.

I stand among deceived customers those who have expressed their negative feedback here. I am aware that many customers, including myself, might face challenges in obtaining a refund for faulty products like the sofa you delivered all over the UK. I have been trying to get a refund of £524 for quite some time now, sending multiple emails to your company. I even visited your office in Halifax, only to find it closed due to various issues you made to deceive customers.
It is disheartening to witness how a business can disappoint its customers, leaving them struggling to get the assistance they rightfully deserve. Despite my efforts in contacting your company through emails and calls, there seems to be no resolution in sight, and this has left me deeply frustrated.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and prioritize resolving customer concerns promptly. I have attached a PDF with relevant details to support my refund request. Please ensure that my money is refunded without any further delay.
I hope that this time, my concerns will be addressed, and the necessary actions will be taken to rectify this situation if not I will move forward to get it as the company started the same pattern of making customers struggle. Customer satisfaction should be a priority for any business, and I urge you to uphold your responsibilities to your valued clients.
I possess an extensive collection of emails from Furnicoliving, which serve as compelling proof of our interactions. Among these emails, there is clear communication from them that a refund was indeed issued. However, when I requested evidence of the transaction to validate their claim, they ceased responding to both my emails and calls.I can submit all the evidences and mails.
I am prepared to delete the review immediately upon receiving an email response containing the evidence of the refund transaction. It is my hope that they will acknowledge the importance of addressing this issue promptly and with integrity.
